I’m having a few issues with the site. Yesterday, I requested a downgrade from the business plan to premium, and today everything on the backend has gone weird–the post writing section is nuts, and the block editor isn’t quite right either. This is something I’m going to need the help of a Happiness Engineer to deal with.
Hopefully, this will be sorted out soon, but until it is, I’ll hold off on posting my weekly journal update as new posts are a nightmare with the editor as it is, and the post will most likely be disappeared when the downgrade is complete.
Until the site is back up and running on my end, I’ll leave you with my daily inspiration song–and first song on my running playlist. (I’ve never been motivated by the “You can do it!” version of inspiration, I need the “get aff yer airse ya lazy besom” kind of inspiration and this song is perfect to get me going).
Enjoy!
Hope all get sorted soon Susan 🙂 🙂
Thanks, Brian. I finally did.
👍😀
Oh that sucks, Susan! Hope the ‘Happiness’ guys can sort you out soon. Love the tune!
Finally got it all sorted out, though some things are a bit off… Yeah, the song is awesome 😊
Phew! I’m still fighting with W10 on my new laptop (sigh). Why do they have to change things? (older person speaketh), but I do like the emojis 😍🤣 I’m pretty sure the novelty will wear off soon though! 🥱
I don’t envy you. I walked away from Microsoft when they forced W10 on me and magically erased three novels that I hadn’t published and have never been able to recover… I tell you Windows ME was perfect, they should never have messed with it 😡 (and the emojis novelty never wears off when you need a quick response 😜)
Erased? OMG! I back up all the time, even if it’s just emailing a new chapter to myself (as a good ex-risk manager should). I still miss XP 👵🏻🤣
Erased was the wrong word. The file was corrupted in the change to 10. Everytime I tried to load any backup copy, the buggy code corrupted that version. Basically, the changeover corrupted Word.
Yes, XP! That’s the one I was trying to remember! I knew it had two letters, but for the life of me I couldn’t remember XP.
Ah yes. I’ve had some corruption issues but running the remote hard drive again seems to have sorted it out. MS’s are all ‘in the Cloud’.
