Well, for the past couple of days I’ve been feeling ninety-eight percent health-wise. My throat was a tiny bit raw feeling, but it’s allergy season so I put it down to that, and CRPS can cause all sorts.
But, this afternoon I was getting a sense of something in the background, so I decided to take my temperature. Sure enough it was up one and a half degrees from my normal sub-human base temp. Jez came back with a similar rise in temperature. 🥺
After a quick check on Scotland’s NHS site, we were directed to go to a walk-in testing centre five minutes from our house. The tests are done and we’re isolating until we get the results back–we should here something somewhere between Tuesday and Thursday.
We’ve got our fingers and toes crossed that the results are negative. Luckily, we’re not feeling bad, just a bit off of our usual. Silver lining: more time for writing.
Take care and stay safe, Susan 😻
Don’t really want to hit like on this post; fingers crossed, Sweetie 🤞
